Unknown context is not treated as absent, and associations do not establish cause. CREATE A DOCTOR-READY REPORT Choose a date range and report sections, preview the summary, then create and share a PDF from your device. Export your data as JSON backup or CSV when you need a copy. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your journal is stored locally on your iPhone. Lumen does not require an account, does not include advertising SDKs, does not use cross-app tracking, and does not sell health data.
