Fixes a crash when the game opened. Tapping a room on iPad and in landscape now selects the room you tapped. When a lease ends, Start Next Lease or Play Again begins a fresh estate instead of leaving the finished one on screen. Applicants now show their daily rent and how unhappy they may get before leaving, the ledger shows daily unrest, and an applicant can no longer appear twice.

About

Lairlease is a dungeon renovation and tenant-management game. Each lease hands you a 30-room ruin, a $4,000 treasury and 14 days (21 for the Weekly holding) to turn it into a profitable home for strange tenants. RESTORE THE ESTATE - Tap a room on the 6 x 5 floor plan, choose Crypt, Forge, Grotto, Library, Nest, Tavern or Infirmary, and renovate it - Every room shows its type in letters and a condition bar; occupied rooms wear down each day, so repair before they fall apart - Spend a limited treasury where it earns the most rent CHOOSE YOUR TENANTS - Revenants, Artificers, Myconids, Archivists, Harpies, Mercenaries and Alchemists each prefer one room type and avoid one kind of neighbor - Each applicant shows the rent they can pay per day and how low their satisfaction may fall before they move out - Sign applicants into finished rooms, evict when you must, and keep rivals apart - Every day collects rent, wears the rooms and brings an incident: a flood, a safety inspection, advance deposits or a new applicant WIN THE LEASE - Finish with the treasury target and at least 55% average satisfaction - 20 campaign leases with rising targets, a Daily estate and a Weekly holding that are the same for every player, and Free Play - The Estate Ledger keeps daily books (rent, expenses, unrest) and your completed runs - Optional Game Center leaderboards and achievements PREMIUM AND OFFLINE - One purchase: no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, login, analytics or tracking - Plays fully offline; Game Center can stay off - 12 original ambient music tracks, which you can turn off in Settings All tenants, estates and events are fiction.
