About
StrideCycle is a simple timer for Japanese interval walking — alternating brisk and slow phases — with no ads and no subscription. • The method — 3 minutes brisk, 3 minutes gentle, repeated (5 sets = 30 minutes by default). Adjust the phase lengths, number of sets and optional warm-up and cool-down. • Cues that keep going — a distinct sound and a haptic tap mark every switch between brisk and slow, and they keep firing while your phone is in your pocket with the screen locked. • Clear live screen — a big countdown, the current phase, your set count and overall progress. • History — completed sessions are saved so you can see your streak. No pace to hold, no data to enter mid-walk — just start and listen for the cue. Great for building a daily walking habit. One-time purchase — every feature unlocked, no in-app purchases, no ads, no account, and nothing leaves your device.
