Pedestal Manage is an app that is tied into your Pedestal POS ecosystem. In retail allowing you to start orders on the floor, scan inventory, generate labels and hold orders that appear on the POS. In restaurant it allows you to 86 menu items on the fly, bring items back in stock, approve discounts/voids for servers and bartenders without them needed to chase you down.
