EasyTallys is a local-first bookkeeping app for individuals, families, and small projects. Record expenses, income, and transfers, then organize every transaction by account, category, merchant, member, project, and tag. The overview screen brings net worth, monthly income and spending, budget status, subscriptions, and category rankings into one daily dashboard. Fast entry supports expenses, income, and transfers. When the app starts empty, EasyTallys can create a starter ledger, cash account, and default categories automatically so the first entry is easy. Budget and subscription tools help you manage monthly limits, category budgets, recurring bills, and automatic generation checks. Reports show rankings, trends, and spending structure so you can understand where money goes and where income comes from. Shared ledgers use Apple CloudKit Sharing for system invitations, member permissions, sync status, push/pull flows, and conflict protection. They are designed for family, travel, and project bookkeeping. EasyTallys runs on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It also includes widgets, Apple Watch quick entry, Shortcuts support, a macOS menu bar quick-entry tool, JSON/CSV/Excel/PDF/ZIP import and export, and local data cleanup controls. The cold wallet vault can store crypto wallet addresses, seed phrases, private keys, Keystore JSON, or hardware-wallet backup notes in the local device Keychain. Sensitive secrets are not included in iCloud ledger sync, shared ledgers, app backups, or exported reports. Revealing, copying, deleting, or clearing vault records requires Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. EasyTallys has no ads, no third-party analytics SDK, and no paywall. Your ledger stays under your control.
