kadn. App Blocker & Focus

About

kadn is the honest, hard focus blocker. You choose how strict it gets. And at the highest levels, even you can't get past it. Most blockers fail at the same point: a toggle in the settings, an ignore button, an emergency exit. If you know where the switch is, your tired 11 pm self will find it too. For less screen time, for study and exam season, for a digital detox, for the phone addiction you are done negotiating with: kadn is built for exactly that moment. THREE LEVELS OF STRICTNESS • Level 1, Brake: open a blocked app and a real 15-second pause stands in the way. Then it opens for 5 minutes, and the shield returns. • Level 2, Code: getting in costs effort. You retype a long code by hand, every single time. • Level 3, Locked: no way past while the rule is active. If more than one rule covers the same app, the harder one always wins. A PERSON, NOT A LOOPHOLE Hand over the key. In partner mode, unlocking needs the approval of someone you trust. No anonymous reset, no emergency button. Someone you actually have to ask. And with a pact, you don't do it alone: you commit together. SEAL UNTIL A DATE Exam ahead? A deadline? Seal a rule until a date you choose, up to 90 days. Until then it can't be softened, paused, or deleted. Not even by you. DAILY LIMITS AND SCHEDULES Give an app a daily screen time budget that holds until midnight. Or let rules apply only at set times and weekdays, like evenings and weekends. SEE WHAT YOU KEPT kadn counts what you saved yourself: pickups avoided, windows held, your word kept over 14 days. Numbers instead of shame. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Blocking is enforced by Apple's own Screen Time system, right on your device. kadn only ever receives anonymous tokens: it never sees which other apps you use, never their names or contents. No ads. Your data is never sold. HONEST On iPhone, no app can fully protect itself against being removed. That applies to every provider here. Anyone promising 100 percent is not telling the truth. Our answer: the exit is not a hidden switch, it is a person you have to ask. kadn is also available for Mac and Windows, with the same rules and the same strictness, browser included.
