ReturnCue AI imports a receipt, order confirmation, or return policy that you explicitly choose, then uses on-device OCR and source-backed organization to prepare an editable draft. Confirm the merchant, item, amount, deadline, and order number against the saved source before creating the case. Follow four clear stages: facts confirmed, package ready, drop-off proof, and refund confirmed. Save package, carrier, store, and refund evidence in a local timeline. Optional local notifications can remind you about a deadline without putting the merchant, item, or amount in the notification. Create a portable ZIP evidence pack containing a readable PDF summary, CSV, JSON, the source document, and saved evidence. Complete single-case export and up to two active returns are included for free. ReturnCue Pro Lifetime is one non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited active returns, batch export, and local backup and restore. There is no subscription. Recognition, AI organization, records, and exports stay on your iPhone or iPad until you explicitly share an export. There is no account, developer backend, advertising, analytics, tracking, merchant login, or cloud AI.
