Venue Turnaround Ledger is a segment-timing ledger for event venue changeovers, from load-out to the next load-in. It measures elapsed time using the device's monotonic clock so a lap, pause, or backgrounded app never produces a false reading; it does not evaluate staff performance or safety compliance. Set up a venue and build reusable templates defining your changeover's segments, target times, and order. Starting a run snapshots the template version and start time, so editing a template later never rewrites a run already under way. The Live Timer keeps the current segment and elapsed time front and center. Lap completes the current segment and opens the next in one action, using a single instant as both end and start time so segments never leave a gap or overlap. Pause and Stop add elapsed monotonic time to that segment's total and clear the anchor; Resume opens a fresh anchor without disturbing what was already banked. If the app is backgrounded or the device restarts mid-run, elapsed wall-clock time is provisionally added back, but a detected clock jump or large gap always requires confirmation and is logged as a correction. A run finishes when its last segment completes, or is skipped with a stated reason, and only locks after your review. Benchmarks are calculated only from your locked runs on the same template version, showing each segment's median and interquartile range; outliers are never automatically discarded. Once locked, a run's times cannot be edited directly; a change is a correction naming the old value, new value, and reason, and benchmarks recalculate from the corrected history. The exported PDF is a Turnaround Split Sheet: an event-interval summary, a segment timing lane showing actual time against target and your prior median and interquartile range, then a log of pauses, skips, overrides, and corrections. There are no staff ratings or rankings anywhere in the app or export. Venue Turnaround Ledger does not judge staffing adequacy, safety compliance, or labor-law requirements, and offers no legal advice. It does not evaluate a worker's competence, does not build performance rankings, and does not connect to venue systems or staff-tracking tools; every measurement is elapsed time, nothing more. No account is required beyond your subscription. Venues, templates, runs, and timing events stay on the device with no cloud sync or automatic report delivery. After the trial, the selected plan is charged to the Apple Account shown at purchase and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; deleting the app does not cancel it.
