SPCC Monthly is a tank ledger and monthly inspection recorder for facilities managing oil storage under 40 CFR 112. It records what your own SPCC plan already calls for; it does not write, certify, or evaluate an SPCC plan, and is not a substitute for a Professional Engineer's certification. Build a facility profile, then register each oil container with equipment number, type, capacity, product, location, status, and your own inspection template. Templates carry required items and a version number, so you can adjust what gets checked without losing the record of what an earlier inspection asked. Opening a reporting month for the first time idempotently creates that month's inspection from a facility and year-month key, so re-opening it never duplicates the record. The app snapshots active containers and the assigned template at that moment, so later equipment changes do not rewrite a past inspection. Each required item is answered observed, not observed, or not applicable, and not applicable always requires a stated reason. The inspection becomes review-ready only once every required item has an answer; unresolved findings are tracked separately and do not block that step. A finding moves through open, action recorded, and verified closed, and follow-up actions can keep being added even after the month is signed. Signing confirms only that you reviewed the recorded observations for that month; it is not a compliance certification. Open findings at sign-off require explicit confirmation and are listed clearly in the exported PDF rather than hidden. The PDF is a Monthly Oil Container Inspection Register: containers as columns, items as rows, with facility details, plan version, inspector, and signature timestamp on the cover, then findings and their action history. The annual index lists only signature dates and open-finding counts; it shows no overall compliance verdict. SPCC Monthly does not determine SPCC applicability, required inspection frequency, equipment adequacy, or whether a correction is complete, and none of its output is legal, engineering, or regulatory advice. Intervals and checklist content come entirely from your facility's own SPCC plan and your input; the app never infers a schedule from equipment type or location.
