It keeps the current state of every site visible on one device, supports walk-ins, and records each accepted change as a local event, without a reservation platform or an internet connection. Open the board to answer the immediate question: what is happening at each site right now? A site can be available, reserved, occupied, cleaning, or blocked. The board uses controlled state changes, so a site cannot jump through a combination that would make its history hard to understand; available actions depend on the current state. Reservations can be entered for local reference. When a guest arrives, move the site into the appropriate occupied state, and when a stay ends, the site can move through cleaning before it becomes available again. Walk-in arrivals are supported without an online booking, useful where arrivals are handled in person, by phone, or at a small front desk. Blocked status keeps a site out of use when maintenance, weather, or another local reason applies, with a note preserving context. SiteBook does not decide whether a site is safe or legally available; the operator makes that determination. Every accepted change appends an event to the site's history, so the operator can review when a site was reserved, occupied, cleaned, blocked, or returned to availability, instead of a status that replaces yesterday's with no trace. The app is built for a single operator managing one local device, not a team dispatch or enterprise property platform. SiteBook has no reservation-site integration. It does not connect to Campspot, CampLife, Hipcamp, Airbnb, or any other marketplace, and online bookings are not imported automatically, so the operator must reconcile any outside reservation with the local board. There is no online checkout; guests cannot browse sites through the app, and it does not process cards, collect deposits, or set dynamic rates. No account is required, and there is no hosted login or property portal. Site details, reservations, walk-ins, states, notes, and event history are stored on the device. Cloud synchronization is not included, so the board keeps working when connectivity is weak. Multiple-device synchronization is not supported; two devices cannot jointly edit the same live board, and changes on one will not appear on another. Choose one operational device and one responsible operator to avoid conflicting copies. If a property needs simultaneous terminals, staff accounts, or real-time inventory distribution, SiteBook Campground is not the right system. The operator is responsible for the accuracy of guest names, dates, and status updates. Site status is not a safety assessment; available means the operator placed the site in an operational state, not a certification of compliance. Protect the device with an iOS passcode and keep any legally required guest register in the required system. The 7-day trial starts at first use and lasts 168 consecutive hours, during which the operator can build a property board, add sites, create reservation entries, handle walk-ins, and test all state changes. At the end, a single Permanent Unlock purchase keeps every feature available; it is non-consumable with no monthly or annual renewal. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account after reinstalling or moving devices. SiteBook Campground is purposefully smaller than a connected reservation suite.
