KaratDocket: Repair Intake

About

Turn every jewelry repair handoff into a clear, professional record. KaratDocket is a private, local-first repair intake and custody workspace for jewelers, goldsmiths, watch counters, and independent repair studios. Create a photo-backed ticket while the customer is present, document the item and its visible condition, capture authorization, record estimates and payments, then produce a polished receipt for pickup. BUILT FOR THE REPAIR COUNTER • Guided intake for customer, item, material, stones, condition, and requested work • Photo evidence attached to the repair record • Estimates, tax, deposits, balances, and payment history • Customer authorization and signature capture • Custody timeline from intake through pickup • Searchable active and archived repair tickets • Professional PDF intake records and pickup receipts • Starter presets for common jewelry repairs • Duplicate a prior repair into a clean new intake • Optional reminders for due dates and pickups PRIVATE BY DESIGN Repair records stay on your device. KaratDocket does not require an account, does not sell customer information, and does not use advertising trackers. App Lock can add device authentication, and export/delete controls remain available on every plan. KARATDOCKET PRO The free edition supports up to three active repair records.
