About
Some thoughts only arrive when the world is quiet. The Watch is a private night companion for the waking interval between first sleep and second sleep. When a dream, thought, memory or idea appears, capture it quickly and return to rest—without opening a bright, busy app or beginning a long journalling session. Start a Watch session from your iPhone. During the night, record a short spoken fragment using your iPhone, Apple Watch, Lock Screen controls, widgets, Shortcuts or a supported Action button. Minimal visuals and haptic confirmation help keep the interaction calm. After your second sleep, Morning Review gathers your captures so you can listen, read transcripts, rename, organise, export or delete them in daylight. BUILT FOR THE NIGHT • A quiet, dark interface • Fast voice capture • Apple Watch recording controls • Gentle haptic confirmation • Lock Screen and Control Centre access • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Shortcuts and supported Action button controls • Minimal prompts and no distracting feed REVIEW IN THE MORNING • Listen to each audio fragment • Read generated transcripts • Rename and organise captures • Search your private archive • Export captures you want to keep elsewhere • Permanently delete anything you no longer want • Protect your archive with Face ID • Use Rehearsal Mode to learn the controls before bedtime PRIVATE BY DESIGN The Watch is designed around private, local use. No account is required. Your recordings and transcripts are designed to remain on your devices. Optional Apple Health access is used only to provide relevant session context when you choose to allow it. THE WATCH DOES NOT • Continuously listen • Record without an explicit action • Score the quality of your sleep • Diagnose or treat sleep conditions • Replace professional medical advice • Force an alarm or rigid sleeping schedule Capture what comes to you between sleeps—then let the night continue. The Watch does not diagnose, treat or promise to improve a medical condition.
