Capture the shop choices behind a screen-print job, then bring them back for a reorder. PrintJobCard is an offline job-card system for shops that need a practical record of screens, inks, press steps, and changes. BUILD A VERSIONED RECIPE Record the job, customer, artwork, due date, substrate, color, quantity, press, operator, and notes. For each color layer, save print order, mesh count and unit, thread color, tension, emulsion, exposure, squeegee durometer, and stroke count. Add ink formulas with brand, ink name, lot, parts, and target weight. Arrange print, flash, and cure steps with temperature, duration, belt speed, and instructions. MIX AND REPEAT WITH CONTEXT PrintJobCard scales each ink component from entered parts to the target weight and assigns any rounding difference so the total matches. Every recipe is versioned. For a reorder, duplicate the version that ran, keep deviation notes and results, and save adjustments as a new version rather than overwriting the source. This preserves shop context without assuming conditions never vary. PDF SHOP CARD Generate a portrait Letter card with the job, customer, quantity, substrate, color order, screens, mesh, tension, emulsion, squeegee, ink parts and weights, lot references, print/flash/cure sequence, temperature, time, belt speed, source version, test results, notes, and operator checks. Large labels support shop-floor reading. Preview and export through the iOS share sheet. Local backup and restore work through Files. NO ACCOUNT, NO CLOUD The app runs offline and requires no account. It uses no server sync, advertising, analytics SDK, or external AI service. Recipes stay on the device unless you export a PDF or backup. FULL TRIAL, ONE-TIME UNLOCK Use every feature for seven days after first launch. When the evaluation ends, creating or editing records and generating new PDFs are locked. Existing records can always be viewed or deleted, and backups remain available. A one-time $12.99 non-consumable in-app purchase permanently unlocks those features. Restore Purchases is always available. The App Store shows the local price before purchase. PRODUCTION NOTICE PrintJobCard records conditions entered by your shop to support repeat work. It does not guarantee identical results across ink lots, humidity, mesh wear, dryer performance, press setup, garments, or operators. Confirm the recipe and run a test print plus the cure and wash tests required by your materials and process before production.
