TRACK THE MOVEMENT Create venues with contact details, commission, and payment terms. Add products with SKU, title, category, retail price, optional cost, status, and photo. Build each batch from item quantities and snapshot the price and commission used at that time. Record sales, returns, adjusted stock, fees, additions or deductions, and payments without changing older periods when current terms change. RECONCILE SETTLEMENTS The dashboard compares the expected net amount with payments allocated to a venue and period. Review gross sales, commission, entered fees, adjustments, expected payout, paid amount, variance, and unresolved lines. Quantity warnings flag a sale above recorded stock. The app keeps entered numbers visible instead of guessing tax, withholding, or venue rules. PDF STATEMENTS Generate a portrait Letter statement showing opening stock, additions, sales, returns, adjustments, closing balance, item sales, commissions, other deductions or additions, expected payment, actual payment, variance, and unmatched entries. Optional internal copies can include cost and gross-margin references; venue copies omit them. Preview and export through the iOS share sheet. Local backup and restore are available through Files. LOCAL AND PRIVATE No account or internet connection is required. There is no cloud service, advertising, analytics SDK, or external AI service. Venue, inventory, settlement, and payment data stay on the device unless you export them to a location you choose. TRY IT, THEN OWN IT All features are available for seven days from first launch. After that, new records, edits, and new PDF generation are locked. Existing records remain available to view or delete, and backups can always be exported. A one-time $9.99 non-consumable in-app purchase permanently unlocks those features. Restore Purchases is always accessible. The App Store shows the local price before confirmation.
