Daily Ballast: Affirmations

About

Affirmations that don't lie to you. Most affirmation apps hand everyone the same words and call it positivity. Ballast is written for the situation you're actually in — anxiety, exams and student pressure, building something on your own, chronic illness, new parenthood — in the voice of an adult who doesn't lie to you. THREE CARDS, THEN IT STOPS A short daily session: three affirmations chosen for your situation, then the app tells you it's enough. No feed, no endless scroll, no streak guilt. ONE SMALL RITUAL A DAY One notification at the time you choose, with the whole affirmation in it — you never have to open the app. A lock-screen widget that quietly rotates through the day. We will never send you a streak reminder. WRITTEN FOR YOUR SITUATION 649 affirmations across five situations, written under strict rules: no magical thinking, no "everything happens for a reason," nothing you couldn't say out loud with a straight face. Switch situations whenever life does — your favorites stay. HONEST BY DESIGN - No account, ever - Favorites stay on your device, synced through your own iCloud - No re-engagement tricks, no manufactured urgency - Every affirmation is readable in full, for free, on dailyballast.com — you can judge the writing before paying anything PRICING Three days free, no card required. Then Ballast Pro, an auto-renewable subscription: $5.99 per month, or $29.99 per year with a one-week free trial. Both prices are shown up front. Either plan renews automatically until you cancel it, and the free trial converts to a paid year unless you cancel before it ends. Cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Ballast is not therapy, and it doesn't promise a cure. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a real person or a crisis line — that's what they're for.
