Replies start again from nothing, so you are never cooking for a room nobody has been invited to yet. Hospitality works from the moment you write the guest list. It now calculates for everyone invited, so the quantities and the estimated cost are there before a single guest has replied. The firm confirmed-only figure a caterer asks for is still one tap away. Guests who send their apologies no longer count towards your invited total, so the guest list, the event summary and the hospitality basis all agree on the same number. Number entry is hardened too: a budget or a headcount typed on an Arabic, Persian or Western keypad now reads back the same way.
