TabChef gives restaurant teams one focused place to run service on phones and tablets. TABLES AND ORDERS Open a table, build an order from the venue menu and send it to the kitchen. Sent orders stay fixed, and live table totals remain easy to scan during service. KITCHEN DISPLAY Acknowledge, start and complete kitchen tickets with a focused workflow that keeps front of house and kitchen in sync. RESERVATIONS Eligible venues can view and operate upcoming bookings. Public guests reserve from the restaurant's branded web page or website embed without creating a TabChef account. PURPOSE-BUILT DEVICES After signing in on a new restaurant device, give it a recognizable name and choose the capabilities it needs: Ordering, Kitchen and Reservations. The venue owner can review or revoke named devices from the web workspace. EXISTING VENUE ACCOUNT REQUIRED TabChef is a companion for an existing venue account. Registration, subscriptions, venue configuration and device administration are completed by the owner on tabchef.app. IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL BOUNDARY TabChef's order summary is an operational guest check. It is not a fiscal receipt, legally compliant invoice or proof of payment. Continue using the restaurant's existing point-of-sale system for payment, tax and fiscal records.
