Orison — Prayer Journal

About

Orison is a private place to pray each day. No account and no ads. Open it and today's Bible passage is waiting. Read it, pray through one short movement (adore, confess, thank or ask), bring the prayers you carry, and close the app. A few minutes, and you're done. Underneath that, Orison keeps the prayers you carry. FREE • Daily Scripture: one passage a day from the World English Bible (public domain), word for word. Nothing is generated or paraphrased. • Your prayer list: write down the people and things you're praying for, see them grouped by person, and tap to mark a day you prayed. • Answered prayers: mark one answered and add a line about how. Orison shows how many days you carried it. • Rhythm: Orison counts the days you made space to pray. There is no streak to break. • Share a verse card or an answered card as an image. • A daily reminder and a Face ID lock, both off until you turn them on. • Export everything as text or a data file whenever you like. • Widgets for your Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy with the day's verse. Home Screen widgets can also show the prayers you carry; their titles stay off unless you turn them on. • "Begin today's prayer" from Siri, Spotlight, the Action button or Control Center. ORISON PRO • Story: your answered prayers on one long ultramarine scroll, plus a yearly recap you can save or print as a PDF. • iCloud sync and backup across your devices, through your own private iCloud. • Tags and groups to organize a long prayer list, with a filter to find one fast. • More answered-card styles to share. • Paths: guided prayer, one step at a time. ACTS, Examen, Lectio and Psalms for anxious days, using the same World English Bible text. The first step of every path is free to try. Your prayers stay on your device, or in your own iCloud if you turn on sync. Orison has no server of its own and collects no data. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Orison Pro is optional.
