Cici gives solo operators and small service businesses a dedicated local number with an AI receptionist they can configure from an iPhone. When you are working, driving, with a client, or off the clock, Cici can answer the line and help callers take the next step. AN AI RECEPTIONIST YOU CONTROL Add the business details Cici may use, write a custom greeting, choose a voice, and optionally add a supported additional language. Cici is designed to answer from the information you approve. If the answer is not there, Cici is instructed to say so and offer to take a message instead of inventing a price, policy, availability, or promise. ASK EVERY CALLER WHAT MATTERS Create and reorder required caller questions such as: • Caller name • Callback number • Service address • Email address Cici makes a reasonable attempt to collect each item, one at a time, without repeating information the caller already provided. FOLLOW UP WITH CONTEXT The Calls inbox helps you: • See who called and when • Check call status and duration • Review the call summary and transcript • Call back from the call detail screen when a caller number is available SET UP, TEST, AND SHARE 1. Start Cici Plus and choose an area code. 2. Get a dedicated local Cici number. 3. Add your business details, greeting, voice, and caller questions. 4. Publish your receptionist. 5. Call the number and hear the experience yourself. 6. Share your Cici number with customers when you are ready. BUILT FOR A FOCUSED START Cici is a simple receptionist line, not a complicated phone system. Version 1.0 gives you a new dedicated Cici number. It does not port or forward your existing number, book appointments, transfer calls, send texts, or connect to a CRM. Cici is best for newly launched, rebranded, or independent local businesses that can publish a new number and receive a manageable number of short calls each month. CICI PLUS A Cici Plus subscription is required for live call answering. Monthly and annual plans include: • One dedicated Cici number • 100 AI receptionist minutes per monthly usage period • Voice, greeting, business-detail, and caller-question controls • Call history, summaries, transcripts, and callback Eligible new subscribers may receive a 14-day introductory trial. The price and trial eligibility shown before purchase are provided by the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available in Cici. Cici is not an emergency service. For urgent or life-threatening situations, contact local emergency services. Calls may be transcribed so you can review call details. Recording is disabled in this release.
