About
When a migraine starts, the last thing you want is a form to fill in. Headache Tracker records an attack in three taps: open it, set the intensity, save. Everything else is optional and can wait until you feel better. Built for the moment it matters • Dark, low-glare screens, because light sensitivity is part of the problem • Large one-handed controls you can hit with your eyes half closed • Nothing optional ever blocks a save. An attack with a time and an intensity is a complete record A diary your doctor can actually use Create a PDF covering the last 90 days: headache days per month, attack count, average and worst intensity, how long attacks lasted, medication days by class, and the triggers you logged most often. Hand it over at your appointment or send it ahead by email. The daily check-in Once a day the app asks whether you had a headache. One tap answers it. Headache-free days are recorded too, and they matter: without them there is no honest headache-days-per-month figure, which is the number neurologists actually ask for. See what your days have in common Mark ordinary days as well as bad ones: workout, alcohol, poor sleep, high stress, skipped meal, travel. Because these are logged whether or not a headache follows, the comparisons mean something. Tagging triggers only after an attack tells you what you already suspected. Cycle tracking, if you want it Turn it on to mark period start dates and see how many of your attacks began in the window from two days before to three days after. Start dates only. No forecasts, no fertility features, and nothing leaves your device. Keep an eye on medication days The app counts the days you took acute medication over the last 30 and shows you the number. Frequent use of painkillers and triptans can itself contribute to headaches, and that is worth raising with your doctor. Daily preventives are never counted here, because taking those every day is the point. What you can record • Intensity from 1 to 10 • Start and end time, with duration worked out for you • Where it hurts: one side, both, forehead, back of the head, behind the eye, neck • Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, aura, sensitivity to light, sound or smell, dizziness, neck stiffness • Triggers, including your own free-text ones • Medication taken, and what brought relief Private by design No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Your diary lives on your device and is never uploaded. That is also why there is nothing to leak. Free and Premium Logging, the daily check-in, day factors and the medication-day counter are free. Premium unlocks your full history beyond 60 days, the PDF doctor report, and CSV export. Headache Tracker is a diary and a record. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always talk to a doctor about your symptoms and your medication.
