HanabiSpot fixes that with one job done well: drop a meetup pin exactly where you're standing, add a photo and a short note ("in front of the red-lantern stall"), and everyone can find their way back. When you get separated, HanabiSpot points a big arrow toward the pin and shows the distance, so you can walk straight to it even in a dense crowd. A Live Activity keeps the direction and distance on your Lock Screen, so you barely need to open the app. Share the spot as a QR code and your group can open it in their own Maps app — no need to install anything.
