CampKeeper: Deer Club Manager

About

Run your deer camp from your pocket. CampKeeper replaces the spreadsheet nobody updates, the 40-message group texts and the sign-in sheet at the gate. Built for deer leases and QDM hunting clubs, and for the hunter who just wants a good hunting log. HUNT REELS • Turn a harvest into a 15-second vertical video: your photos, points and weight, and the stand on your property map • Made on your phone. Nothing is uploaded. • Share it to the group chat or save it to Photos DEER CALLS • Buck grunt, doe bleat and rattling, plus tending grunt, estrus bleat, fawn bleat and snort-wheeze with Hunter Lifetime • Plays with the silent switch on; repeat every 30 seconds to 5 minutes while you sit • Built into the app, works with no signal. Check your state's rules on electronic calls before using them in the field. WHO'S IN WHAT STAND, SETTLED • Weekly reservation grid: every stand, every day, morning and evening slots • Your club's rules built in: max active bookings, how far out booking opens, same-stand streak limits. The app is the bad guy, not you. • One-tap check-in and check-out. Forgot? It closes itself overnight. KNOW WHO'S ON THE PROPERTY • Live "on the property now" board: who's hunting, where, since when • Guests check in from a QR code at the gate. No app install needed. • Check-in points only. CampKeeper never tracks or shares live location. EVERY HARVEST, LOGGED • Hunting log: species, points, weight, age, weapon, photos. The stand fills itself in from your check-in. • Club feed with likes and comments • Season stats: buck-to-doe ratio, harvests by stand, doe quota progress. Your QDM scoreboard. DUES WITHOUT THE AWKWARD TEXTS • Set the season amount, one or two installments, and mark paid, partial or unpaid • One-tap reminder nudge • Your Venmo shows right where members owe. Money never moves through CampKeeper. KEEP THE LANDOWNER HAPPY • One tap builds a clean PDF: harvest table, buck:doe, work-day hours, rule sign-offs, your club logo • Rulebook with member acknowledgments • Work days with RSVPs and logged hours that roll into the report BUILT FOR THE WOODS • Offline maps: download your property before you leave the house • Check-ins and harvests save on your phone and sync when you're back in signal • Draw your property line with your finger; pin stands, feeders, cameras, gates and food plots • Season dates loaded for all 50 states, editable to match your zone HUNTING SOLO? No club needed. Map your spot, log every harvest, play deer calls and make reels, all kept on your phone. Start or join a club whenever you're ready. PRICING Clubs are free for up to 3 members. The Club plan is $119.99/year for the WHOLE club: the admin pays, every member rides free. Solo hunters can unlock a single reel, or get Hunter Lifetime for unlimited reels and every deer call with a one-time purchase. Club (Annual) is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
