Badgely: Name Badge Maker

About

Printing name tags for a conference, a meeting, a classroom or a party? Badgely turns a list of names into a print-ready name badge sheet PDF that lines up with standard badge insert and label sheets. Type or paste one name per line — add a title or company after a “|” if you like — or add names from Contacts. Pick the sheet and a style, tap Make Badge Sheet, then print, share or save the PDF. • TWO SHEET LAYOUTS — Avery 5395 / 8395 (3.5 × 2.25 in, 8 per US Letter page) and A4 name badges (80 × 50 mm, 10 per page). • NAME + OPTIONAL SECOND LINE — write “Alex Rivera | Host” to add a title, company or class under the name. Long names shrink to fit the badge. • THREE STYLES — Classic with a colored accent bar, Hello with a “HELLO my name is” header, or Plain. • ADD FROM CONTACTS — tick just the people you need in the contact picker and their names come in, with job title or company as the second line; edit the list before printing. • UP TO 500 BADGES — a live count shows how many badges and pages you’re about to make. • PRINT, SHARE OR SAVE — print with AirPrint, share the PDF, or save it to Files. Honest scope: badges are name and title text only — no logos, photos or QR codes. The “HELLO my name is” header follows your iPhone’s language. Do a test print on plain paper first to check alignment with your sheets. Names are used only to build the PDF on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed. Try it free — 3 badge sheets. A one-time $4.99 purchase unlocks unlimited sheets. No subscription, no ads. Questions: overlapmarr@gmail.com
