Hold: Gratitude Journal

About

Hold is the app that bookends your day with awareness instead of scrolling. MORNING: HOLD, DON'T SCROLL Instead of reaching for social media first thing, hold the orb for three seconds. That's it — your day begins with a moment of stillness instead of a feed. Your chosen apps stay locked until you do. EVENING: THREE MINUTES OF GRATITUDE As the day winds down, Hold invites you to write what you're grateful for, then hold the orb for a few seconds of quiet reflection before bed. WATCH YOUR STREAK GROW Every ritual adds to your calendar. See your gratitude history and streaks - a quiet record of what your days are actually made of. WHY HOLD • Blocking with "Screen Time" (Apple's Family Controls) — no gimmicks, no ads to watch, no way to cheat past it • A real gratitude journal, not just a mood check-in • A morning ritual that takes 3 seconds and an evening one that takes 3 minutes • All your data stays on your device - nothing is uploaded anywhere Hold is a subscription app. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Privacy Policy: https://www.karinkc.com/hold/privacy-policy.html Terms of Use: https://www.karinkc.com/hold/terms-of-use.html
