Sold an item online, but still searching shelves, double-checking accessories, or worrying about sending the wrong order? HakoPilot is a post-sale picking, packing, and shipping checklist for individual online sellers. Register one-off items with their SKUs and shelf locations, then follow a clear workflow from picking to shipment record. No account is required. FIND THE RIGHT ITEM • Register an item, SKU, photo, serial number, storage location, accessories, and packing notes. • Create QR labels for storage locations and items. Print with AirPrint or export as PNG or PDF. • Import a marketplace sales-screen screenshot. On-device OCR suggests matching items, and you confirm the result. • Search by item name, SKU, or serial number, and filter by location. CHECK BEFORE YOU PACK • Scan the shelf QR first, then the item QR. • HakoPilot checks both against the shipment task to help prevent mix-ups. • Mismatches and manual overrides are saved in the task record. • For multiple orders, follow a batch picking list sorted by storage route. PACK WITHOUT MISSING DETAILS • Work through accessory and packing-material checklists. • Record an exception instead of silently skipping a required step. • Capture the full item, serial number, packed contents, and optional extra photos as needed. • Compare an OCR-read serial number with the value registered for the item. • Review the checklist and photos before marking the package ready to ship, then record shipment. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Operational records, OCR, and photos stay on your iPhone. Imported marketplace screenshots are deleted after OCR unless you choose to keep them in Settings. HakoPilot has no account, developer server, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, or automatic marketplace integration. You choose when and where to export or restore a local archive, including photos.
