About
Moving Mass is for people who would rather train than manage a fitness app. Build a repeatable week, log the work, and see whether you are actually progressing—without creating an account or handing over your training data. BUILD A WEEK YOU CAN REPEAT Choose your training days and priorities, then start with a ready-made strength, cardio, hybrid, or power plan. Moving Mass favors stable staple movements you can practice and improve instead of reshuffling your exercises every week. AN EXERCISE LIBRARY MADE TO BE USED Browse an illustrated library by body part, search for what you need, or create your own exercises and workouts. Everything can be adjusted around your equipment and the way you train. LESS TAPPING. MORE TRAINING. Training Now keeps the current exercise, set, repetitions, load, and rest timer where you need them. Swipe to adjust values, swap an exercise when equipment is busy, and check the workout map without rebuilding your saved program. QUICK WHEN YOU WANT IT Quick Set starts a single exercise immediately. Workout Roulette lets you choose the number of exercises and sets, deals a random non-cardio workout, and gives you a reroll before you begin. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD WITH CONTEXT Moving Mass remembers working loads and completed repetitions. Record reps in reserve (RIR), compare the last session, and review progression suggestions grounded in work you actually completed. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING, TOGETHER Track barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, bodyweight, running, cycling, and swimming sessions in one calm record. Plan hybrid weeks without squeezing cardio into a strength-only template. YOUR TRAINING, IN NUMBERS Review workout history, volume, consistency, exercise progress, personal records, and useful trends across one month, six months, or a year—all calculated on your device. PRIVATE MEANS PRIVATE No account. No email. No ads. No analytics. No backend. Your profile, programs, history, and training data stay on your device. Moving Mass has no server copy and cannot see or collect them. Apple Health export is optional, write-only, and happens only when you choose to save a completed workout. Moving Mass never reads your Health data.
