DayHandoff: Sub Plans

About

Turn a teacher's working materials into a calm, complete day a substitute can run. Teachers repeatedly rebuild schedules, material links, room changes, contingency plans, and dismissal notes. Existing templates do not validate timing, expose missing instructions, or produce a concise glance mode. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Reusable bell schedules, plus duplicate plans to start the next day quickly. • Period cards with objectives, steps, timing blocks, materials, links, seating references, accommodations, and fallback activity. • Readiness review that identifies omissions without making pedagogical judgments. • Day Mode with minutes until the next period, room changes, duty alerts, and end-of-day notes. • Redaction preview, print-safe PDF, and portable package export. • Emergency-plan privacy controls that keep sensitive student details out of shared copies. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your working library stays on your device. There is no account, subscription, advertising, developer analytics, or tracking. Portable archives and PDF reports are generated locally and shared only when you choose. BUILT FOR APPLE DEVICES The interface adapts to iPhone and iPad, supports Dark Mode, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels, Reduce Motion, widgets, App Shortcuts, and offline work. IMPORTANT SCOPE DayHandoff does not replace school emergency procedures, student information systems, or required accommodation records. Pay once. Use it without a recurring fee.
