Design a coffee bar around the work that actually happens during a rush. Caflume is an offline planning tool for coffee bar operators. Set up a room to your measurements, place equipment on a scaled floor plan, trace the path a drink takes from station to station, and see plain, transparent measures of how far staff walk, how often they turn, and where routes cross or cut through equipment clearance. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Start a layout with your own room size, 2 to 20 m on each side, and change the width and depth later. If you make the room smaller, equipment is moved back inside it and the routes follow. - Place equipment on a plan canvas dimensioned in millimeters and drag each item into position. New items are placed in a free spot so they don't land on top of each other. With VoiceOver, items can be nudged in 100 mm steps. - Choose from ten equipment types: espresso machine, grinder, sink, refrigeration, point of sale, batch brewer, ice, storage, pickup, and work surface. Each has a standard footprint, and you can give it a name and a utility note, rename it or change the note later, or delete it. - Trace a recipe route by tapping stations in the order a drink visits them. Afterwards you can edit a route's stops: change each stop's action and dwell time, add, reorder, or delete stops, or delete the whole route. Routes follow the equipment when you move it. - Set drinks per hour for each route, plus the duration and staff count of the peak scenario. - Read route distance, rush travel per hour, turns, route crossings, clearance contacts, and dwell per drink, recalculated as you edit, with warnings for crossings, clearance contacts, and heavily shared stations. - Keep a library of layout studies with search, duplicate, delete, and import. - Export a one-page PDF flow brief or a portable JSON study with an integrity checksum. A complete sample study is included so you can explore every screen right away. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your layout studies stay on your device. There is no account, subscription, advertising, developer analytics, or tracking. PDF briefs and portable JSON files are generated locally and shared only when you choose. BUILT FOR APPLE DEVICES The interface adapts to iPhone and iPad and supports Light and Dark Mode, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels, a quick-open widget, App Shortcuts, and fully offline work.
