Package protection and signature on delivery - Every checkout now offers package protection: for 1.5% of the item plus shipping ($1 minimum), your package is insured on its way to you. Off by default, with the claim rules spelled out right on the checkout. - Signature on delivery is now an option on every order: standard ($5) hands the package to a person at your address instead of leaving it at the door or in a parcel locker; adult signature ($11) requires someone 21 or older. Standard is pre-selected on orders of $200 or more, and you can turn it off. - On orders of $100 or more, Pay waits until you've chosen your delivery options, so nothing is left to chance. - Verified trades get the same options on the fee step, priced off the value the other party declared. - Trade listings and trade offers now ask for the value of your item (retail price or what you paid). The other party never sees it; it only sets protection and the signature default on the leg to them. - Offers and bundle offers remember the delivery choices you made in the offer sheet. - The Return Policy explains both services and what is covered without them. - Bug fixes, including the cart offer sheet not scrolling on iPhone.
