Offline Transcript turns audio and video files you choose into an editable, timestamped transcript on your device. Import a file, choose its spoken language, and start transcription. Search the result, tap a timestamp to return to the matching moment, correct names or phrases, and reopen the saved project later without rebuilding your work. Features include audio and video file import, Apple on-device speech recognition, timestamped transcript editing and search, saved project restoration, and plain text or SRT export. You do not need to create an account. The app has no advertising, analytics, or tracking, and it does not upload files or transcripts to a server. Apple speech model assets may need to download before first use. Transcription processing stays on device after the required model is installed. The app interface is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese. Speech recognition availability depends on Apple's on-device language support.
