EXPLORE THE WHOLE WORLD Open the map and see remembrance gathered everywhere, from the Menin Gate at Ypres to a single village war memorial. Pan, zoom and let tens of thousands of places resolve into the one in front of you. Search by name, place or conflict, or simply ask in your own words. UNDERSTAND EACH PLACE Every site has a clean, readable page: a photograph where one is available, a plain summary of what it is, the conflict and year it belongs to, and where they exist official links, opening hours and the names it holds. No clutter, no noise. PLAN A VISIT WITH CARE Save the places that matter to you, gather them into lists, and follow curated Collections and heritage Routes with multi-stop navigation. When you are ready, "Take me there" hands off to your maps app, because getting there is the one time you want to leave the app. TODAY IN HISTORY A calendar of remembrance days connects each date to the places and events it marks, so the app quietly reminds you of what this day has meant.
