About
SharkTerm is the terminal you always wanted: a real SSH client wrapped in a real CRT experience. Some of us remember when a terminal was a physical thing: curved glass, humming phosphor, a cursor you could hear blink. SharkTerm brings that back and connects it to your servers. (Genzees may turn the CRT effect OFF in the settings, but only if they are not cool (how do you say cool in genzee)) SSH, ANYWHERE Fast, modern SSH for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Password or private key login, saved connections, tunnels (macOS only), and full terminal emulation. TABS, LIKE A PROPER TERMINAL On iPad and Mac, keep every server one tab away. Sessions stay connected while you hop between them, and ⌘T opens a new one before your coffee cools. FULL RETRO MODE This is the part we're most proud of. Scanlines. Phosphor glow. A slow, confident block cursor. An authentic period-correct VGA (ok, a decade later) font, and accent colors from cool amber to the green mono your first computer had (only the cool kids had orange monitors — now you can have both). Flip one switch and it's a modern minimal terminal; flip it back because you'll miss it. LOADS OF GOODIES Clickable links that ask before they open. A text-mode interface down to the last button. A boot splash worth watching twice. PRIVACY, THE OLD-SCHOOL WAY Your commands, credentials, and connections stay on your device. We don't receive, store, or even see your data. The only servers SharkTerm talks to are yours. SharkTerm. It works like it's 1985, and connects like it's tomorrow.
