Where to get models: thousands of free amp captures and cabinet IRs are shared by the community on sites like TONE3000 and ToneHunt. Download any .nam or .wav IR file, open it in NAM, and play. Works great in GarageBand, Logic Pro, AUM, Koala, Cubasis, Loopy Pro, and any AUv3 host. NAM is a player-only implementation — it loads and plays existing model captures but does not perform training or model creation. Neural Amp Modeler (NAM) was created by Steven Atkinson. This app is an independent iOS port of the NAM player and is not affiliated with the official NAM project.
