VERT: Altimeter & Ski Tracker

About

NEW: Peaks - point your camera at the mountains and VERT names every summit around you, with height and distance. Works offline, worldwide. Part of VERT Pro. VERT is the altimeter that works everywhere and the tracker that never forgets your day. Our barometer reads altitude with no internet, no account, no waiting. It shows Apple's own accuracy figures—honest numbers that reflect reality. A steep climb looks steep. A flat stretch looks flat. Your entire day is recorded and saved continuously to disk. Close the app, lose signal, drain the battery—your recording is already safe. Every elevation gain and loss. Every photograph, tagged by the altitude where you took it. WHY CHOOSE VERT • Barometer works everywhere. No internet needed, no GPS drain, no connectivity required—mountains, valleys, gorges, anywhere. • Never loses your day. Continuous disk writes protect every moment. App crashes, dead batteries, lost signal—your recording survives. • Honest altitude. We display the real accuracy Apple reports, not invented numbers. Trust the numbers you see. • Your photographs at elevation. Each one anchored to its exact altitude, exactly when taken. • Complete records. Elevation gain and loss, maximum altitude, time, distance, route on a map that fills in when you're back on wifi. • Free to use—one-time Pro unlock, no subscription. Perfect for ski touring, trail running, hiking, peak-bagging, or any mountain day where elevation matters and connectivity doesn't.
