Ignore them and watch the move-out boxes pile up. FIX IT OR LOSE IT Leaks, roaches, busted fridges, jammed elevators — things break, and your maintenance crew walks to every job. Hire more workers, fund repairs fast, and watch them ride the elevator (or storm the stairs) to save the day.
