GAVEL Alarm

About

GAVEL is the alarm for people who are done negotiating with the snooze button. At your wake time, a wooden gavel strikes — then a narrated line of hard-won wisdom plays in the voice you chose, and it grows more insistent until you stand up and tap I'M UP. There is no snooze. There was never going to be. Built on Apple's alarm system, GAVEL breaks through Silent mode and Focus, exactly like the built-in Clock — so it actually wakes you, not your notifications. WISDOM WORTH WAKING TO Nearly 500 quotes drawn from the public domain — Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Shakespeare, Frederick Douglass, Mark Twain, and modern voices like FDR, JFK, and Theodore Roosevelt. Real people. Real attributions. Not fortune-cookie filler.
