About
Insuraim Workspace is a mobile business workspace for insurance brokerages, advisors, and operations teams. It works alongside the Insuraim web workspace to bring client and household records, follow-ups, insurance product information, proposals, and application workflows into one structured environment. CLIENTS AND HOUSEHOLDS Maintain client details, tags, household members, follow-up history, and related documents, so authorized team members can understand the context behind every relationship. FOLLOW-UPS AND SCHEDULES View today’s, upcoming, and overdue items, record outcomes, and plan the next action without losing track of important client commitments. PRODUCT INFORMATION Review insurer and product information, save frequently used products, and compare supported products within the same category. PROPOSALS AND CALCULATION TOOLS Create and monitor proposal tasks for supported products, and use premium or benefit calculation tools enabled by your organization. APPLICATION WORKFLOWS Create appointments, maintain applicant, insured, and beneficiary details, upload documents, and follow each application through its configured stages. TEAM ACCESS AND WORKING FILES Organizations can configure role-based access. Team members can use schedules, messages, personal files, and knowledge resources to keep work consistent. Insuraim Workspace is intended for authorized insurance brokerages, advisors, and their operations teams. Accounts and features are provided and configured by the user’s organization. Product content and tools may vary by organization and region. Important: Insuraim Workspace is business management and collaboration software. It is not an insurer, does not underwrite policies, and does not provide personal insurance, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users remain responsible for applying relevant regulations, organizational policies, and professional judgment.
