Tradie Tracker helps trade businesses organise daily jobs, share arrival updates and keep customers informed without constant phone calls. Built for sole traders and mobile trade teams, the app gives tradies a clear view of their assigned work and makes it simple to update customers as each job progresses. KEEP YOUR DAY ORGANISED See assigned jobs in one ordered list, including: • Customer details • Job descriptions • Scheduled start times • Current job status • Customer messages • Job location information Open a job to view its details, contact the customer, add notes or update its status. CREATE AND SCHEDULE JOBS Create a new job directly from the app by adding the customer, description, scheduled time and location. Choose the job location using address search and an interactive map. SEND CLEAR STATUS UPDATES Update jobs as they progress: • On the way • Delayed • Started • Finished • Cancelled Status changes are deliberate, helping the business maintain a clear record of what happened and when. HANDLE DELAYS QUICKLY When a visit is running late, move the scheduled time by 15 minutes, 30 minutes, one hour or choose a custom start time. The updated information is reflected on the customer’s tracking page. SHARE PRIVATE CUSTOMER TRACKING PAGES Each job can generate a private tracking link and QR code. Share the page by: • Showing the customer a QR code • Copying the private link • Sending the link by email • Using the iOS share sheet Customers do not need to install an app or create an account. KEEP CUSTOMERS INFORMED The customer tracking page can show: • Current job status • Scheduled arrival information • Live or last-updated tradie location • A map showing the job and tradie locations • Contact options • A form for requesting a change or sending a message This gives customers a clearer view of the visit and reduces unnecessary “Where are you?” calls. KEEP WORKING WITH POOR SIGNAL Previously downloaded job information remains available when the device loses its connection. The app clearly indicates when it is showing saved offline information, allowing tradies to continue checking their assigned work until connectivity returns.
