About
An unofficial practice app published by AZSoft. It does not represent any government body and is not affiliated with France Éducation international, with the ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration (MIFI), or with the Government of Québec. Prepare for the TCF Québec and see where you stand on the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français. For the PSTQ (Programme de sélection des travailleurs qualifiés), the MIFI accepts, among others, the TCF Québec, the TCF Canada, the TEFAQ and the TEF Canada, taken at an approved centre; this app prepares you for the TCF Québec. The required level depends on your stream: level 7 speaking and 5 writing for stream 1 and for stream 3 in TEER 0, 1 and 2; level 5 speaking for stream 2 and for stream 3 in TEER 3, 4 and 5; none for stream 4. An accompanying spouse needs level 4 speaking. WHAT YOU GET ▸ 1 000+ listening (CO) and reading (CE) questions, from A1 to C2, all explained ▸ 6 mock exams: 29 listening questions in 25 minutes, then 29 reading in 45 minutes, from easiest to hardest ▸ Listening questions by ear: a picture or a question, then four propositions to listen to ▸ A custom exam: your themes, your number of questions, your own timer or the pace of each section ▸ Writing: 60 topics of 3 tasks, a 60-minute timer, the word range of each task (60 to 120, 120 to 150 and 120 to 180 words) and AI feedback that comments on your text without grading it ▸ Speaking: 60 topics of 3 tasks (12 minutes, including 2 of preparation); you record yourself and listen back, no sound is sent to a server ▸ 500 vocabulary words with audio, 99 revision sheets and a smart review that targets your weak spots ▸ Your estimated Québec scale level in listening and reading, and a PSTQ card: your stream, your writing and speaking marks out of 20, your French points ▸ Synthetic voices with a Québec accent, all content offline ▸ Interface in French, English and Arabic; content in French ▸ No ads. Part of the content is free; the subscription, with no commitment and cancellable at any time, opens everything else GOOD TO KNOW The score, the CEFR level and the Québec scale level shown are teaching estimates: only your test certificate counts. In the app you can replay an audio; at the test, each recording is played only once. The mock exams follow the 29-question paper format.
