LebCad puts Lebanon's cadastral parcel maps in your pocket: over 600 zones from Akkar to the southern border. Search a lot by its number, see it on satellite imagery, read its exact area and perimeter, measure anything with a snapping ruler, and keep entire zones on your phone for use in the field, no signal needed. The ruler locks onto parcel vertices as you tap and closes into an exact area and perimeter. Measurements stay on the map and can be deleted any time.
