Plan your next sourdough feed with the quantities you need. Choose a familiar 1:1:1, 1:2:2 or 1:3:3 feed while keeping your target weight. Ratios mean kept starter : added flour : added water. Amounts are rounded to whole grams, so the ratio can vary slightly; the three weights still add up to your target. Your note stays with the feed. Enter the total starter weight you want, the starter you will keep, and the ratio of added water to added flour. See the three ingredient amounts in whole grams, with their sum matching your target. Feed hydration means added water divided by added flour. It does not include the flour or water already in your starter, or calculate the hydration of the final mixture. Ingredient amounts are rounded to whole grams. Open the large weighing view beside your scale. Save feeds with dates and notes on your device, then reuse a saved recipe with its recorded ingredient amounts. Share a text summary using the system share sheet. Deleting a saved feed asks for confirmation. Choose from ten interface languages in Settings.
