FOLLOW YOUR POUR For pour over, follow the brewing stages and cumulative water targets shown in the app. This suggested four-stage plan uses your coffee amount, water amount and target time. Adjust the pouring to your beans and brewer. The app does not measure water or connect to a smart scale. A clear starting point for your next cup. Enter the coffee weight and coffee-to-water ratio to see the water amount in grams. For example, 20 g at 1:16 gives 320 g of water. KEEP TIME IN VIEW Choose pour over, immersion, or cold brew and adjust the target time to your recipe. Start or pause the countdown and see the remaining time. A running timer accounts for time spent outside the app and restores when you reopen it. You can set a target from 1 second to 48 hours. No completion notifications are sent. KEEP THE RECIPE Save the method, coffee weight, ratio, water weight, target time, and tasting notes on this device. Open a saved brew to review it, use its recipe again, or share a text summary. Record the beans, grind, and taste in your own words. The app calculates quantities and tracks time. You choose the recipe and control the brewing process yourself.
