Junkfoodselfie is subscription-based — all features below are included with the subscription, which starts with a 7-day free trial. Junkfoodselfie blocks your food-delivery apps on the days you choose, using Apple's Screen Time. When you try to open one anyway, the app asks for one honest moment before it unlocks: a live selfie — looking yourself in the eye — or pressing and holding a promise you wrote to yourself. Most nights, that pause is all it takes. THE LOCK Pick your danger days and the apps that do the damage. On those days they go dark — enforced by Screen Time, right on the app icon. It's a speed bump, not a prison: you can always get through, and you can pause blocking entirely whenever you need a break — your days, your rules. THE UNLOCK RITUAL • Selfie mode: take a live selfie, checked on your phone. It is never uploaded, never stored — not even saved on your phone. • Inspiration mode: prefer no camera? Press and hold the promise you wrote to yourself, shown over a photo that reminds you why you started. • Before & Now: your own two photos, crossfading mid-unlock — the reason, remembered at exactly the right moment.
