Updated for iOS 27! Full RAW rendering See the actual RAW file, not just the camera's embedded preview. Choose Fast Preview (the default), Automatic, or High-Quality RAW in the viewer. On iOS 27, SDelight uses Apple's newest RAW decoder for supported cameras. Earlier iOS versions use the best decoder they have. The preview appears instantly and is swapped for the full render when it's ready, so browsing stays quick. Automatic makes a full render when your device can handle it comfortably, and keeps the fast preview in Low Power Mode or when the device is warm. Renders are cached so photos you've already viewed reopen right away. You can clear the cache in Settings. Compare RAW and JPEG Shoot RAW+JPEG? Put the camera's JPEG next to the RAW with one tap (or ⇧⌘C) to see how much sharpening, noise reduction, and contrast the camera added. Pan and zoom move both images together, in portrait or landscape. Image-quality tools Highlight and shadow clipping overlays with adjustable thresholds. Edge Detail overlay to check where the image is sharp. A histogram, plus a Rendition section in the Inspector showing which decoder and resolution you're looking at. These are measurements, not ratings. SDelight never judges or hides your photos. Siri, Shortcuts, and Spotlight New actions: Open Last Location, Show Latest Photos, Show Statistics, and Show Location Summary. Try "Open my last location in SDelight" or "Summarize my card in SDelight." As always, SDelight is read-only and works entirely on your device. Your photos never leave your card.
