Cedary: Cigar Cellar & Aging

About

Cedary is a private cigar humidor and cellar journal for collectors who let a good cigar wait. Track your inventory and humidity, log Bluetooth hygrometer readings, and see the peak-smoking window for every vitola and wrapper combination in your cellar — so you know not just what you own, but when it's ready. Add a structured, by-thirds tasting journal with a visual aroma wheel, watch your palate statistics take shape over time, keep a running cellar value with cost tracking, and export everything to CSV whenever you like. No account, no ads, no tracking — just your cellar, synced privately across your devices with iCloud. THE CELLAR THAT AGES WELL Cigars aren't meant to be logged like a spreadsheet — they're meant to rest, develop, and be smoked at the right moment. Cedary was built around that idea: a calm, focused space for the collector who thinks in months and years, not minutes. FREE, NO LIMITS — Unlimited cigar inventory across as many humidors as you keep — Humidity and temperature logging for every space — A full tasting journal: rate, note, and remember every smoke — Private iCloud sync, no account required CEDARY PRO — Aging windows: peak-smoking guidance per vitola and wrapper, so you always know what's resting and what's ready — Bluetooth hygrometer support: pull live humidity and temperature straight from your third-party sensor — Cellar value: running cost and collection value, tracked automatically as you buy and smoke — Palate statistics: see your flavor and strength preferences emerge across every tasting — CSV export: your entire cellar and journal, portable and yours Cedary Pro is offered monthly or annually, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. A TASTING JOURNAL BUILT FOR THE PALATE Move through a smoke by thirds — cold draw to final third — and note what you find on a proper aroma wheel instead of guessing at adjectives. Over time, your ratings become statistics: the wrappers you return to, the strengths you favor, the notes that keep showing up. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Cedary asks for nothing. No sign-up, no login, no ads, no analytics sent anywhere. Your cellar and your tasting notes sync privately between your own devices through your personal iCloud — visible only to you. FOR THE PATIENT COLLECTOR Cedary is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not sell, review-broker, or promote tobacco products of any kind — it simply helps you remember what's in your cellar, how it's aging, and what you thought of it. Rated 17+.
