About

Forgot your friend's kid's name again? Blanked on what a client told you last time? Kinfolio keeps what matters about the people in your life — names, dates, what you talked about — and quietly reminds you before you meet or when it's time to write. A private personal CRM for family, friends and everyone your work depends on: no account, your data stays on your device. REMEMBER WHAT MATTERS • Kids' and partner's names, interests, allergies, work, gift ideas — pin the important ones to the top of the card • A 30-second note right after you talk: what you discussed and what to ask next time • Search by anything: "who snowboards?" • See how your people are connected A QUIET BRIEFING BEFORE YOU MEET • An hour before a meeting in your calendar, Kinfolio tells you who you're meeting, what matters to them and what to ask • Works for one-on-ones and group meetings STAY IN TOUCH • Set how often you want to hear from each person and get a gentle nudge when it's time to write • The Today screen shows upcoming dates and who hasn't heard from you in a while DATES THAT MATTER • Birthdays, anniversaries, name days, work anniversaries and any date that matters, with a reminder a few days ahead • A home-screen widget with upcoming dates and people it's time to write to • Import birthdays straight from your contacts FOR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND YOUR NETWORK • Import contacts: job title and company become a fact on the card • Relationships like "colleague" and "introduced by", tags for clients, partners and community • Follow-ups in the journal, so a promise to a partner isn't lost YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • No account, no ads, no data selling. Your notes never leave your device unless you send them • Optional encrypted sync between your devices through your own cloud (iCloud or Google Drive), protected by a 12-word recovery phrase only you have • Encrypted backups, plus import and export any time — no lock-in • Usage statistics only if you allow it OPTIONAL AI HELP • Just met someone?
