Mu Camera is a fast, quiet camera for museums, lectures, libraries, performances, studios, and everyday documentation. On supported iPhones, Mu Camera uses Apple's shutter sound suppression. When it is unavailable, the app switches to a silent frame-capture path rather than risk a noisy fallback. Switch between available lenses, choose HEIF or JPEG, frame in 4:3, 16:9, or square, use an optional grid, and save location metadata only when you choose. Captured photos are saved to Photos. Core camera features are free. A one-time purchase removes ads from supporting screens.
