You can now design the whole schedule, not just the fermentation. ■ Adjust every step of the schedule Kneading, balling, bench rest, second proof and warm-up are now all visible in Dough Lab. The app fills in a working schedule for you, so you can leave it as is — or adjust only the steps you care about. ■ Your schedule is the plan Until now, fermentation times were recalculated from your bake time. Now the schedule you design is used as-is. The start time and the bake time move together by the length of your schedule, so you can decide from either end. ■ Richer logs and share cards Bake logs now keep the method (biga or poolish), how you cold-fermented, and which flour you used. Share cards show the amounts and the fermentation breakdown (bulk → cold → warm-up), and biga and poolish recipes can now be shared as images too. ■ Other improvements ・The recipe screen now focuses on names, toppings, bake targets and photos, while formula and schedule editing lives in Dough Lab ・Fixed a bug where oil and sugar percentages were not saved to bake logs

About
Not sure how much yeast to use? A dough baked in two hours needs a very different amount of yeast from one fermented overnight or kept in the fridge for several days. Pizza Note calculates your pizza dough recipe and builds a fermentation schedule around the time you want to bake. Choose your bake time, number of dough balls, and preferred texture. The app calculates your ingredients and shows when to mix, divide, refrigerate, proof, preheat, and bake. PLAN BACKWARD FROM YOUR BAKE TIME Want to bake at 6:00 PM on Saturday? Pizza Note works backward from your chosen bake time and creates a step-by-step schedule for mixing, bulk fermentation, dividing, cold fermentation, final proofing, and preheating. If a step would fall in the middle of the night, the app can suggest a more practical starting time. CALCULATE YEAST FOR YOUR SCHEDULE The right amount of yeast depends on fermentation time, room temperature, refrigerator temperature, and yeast type. Pizza Note estimates the yeast amount for your actual schedule instead of relying on a single fixed recipe. Supported yeast types: • Instant dry yeast • Active dry yeast • Fresh yeast • Semi-dry yeast START WITH ONLY THREE CHOICES Simple Mode lets you create a complete dough plan by choosing: • When you want to bake • How many pizzas you want to make • What kind of texture you prefer The app then calculates the flour, water, salt, yeast, oil, and sugar, along with a complete fermentation timeline. FINE-TUNE EVERY PART OF THE DOUGH Advanced Mode gives you control over: • Dough weight • Hydration • Salt • Oil • Sugar • Room temperature • Refrigerator temperature • Fermentation time Change one value and the rest of the recipe updates automatically. Pizza Note supports direct dough, biga, and poolish methods. You can also choose between standard, bulk cold fermentation, and balled cold fermentation schedules. SAVE YOUR BAKING RESULTS Keep a record of: • Dough formula • Fermentation schedule • Oven temperature • Baking time • Photos • Rating • Notes When you find a dough you like, use “Bake Again” to create a new schedule from the same formula. You can also generate a shareable baking card for social media. WORKS WITH OR WITHOUT A PIZZA OVEN Pizza Note can be used with: • Home ovens • Broilers and grills • Frying pans and torches • Gas pizza ovens • Electric pizza ovens • Wood-fired pizza ovens Preheat times and temperatures can be adjusted to match your own equipment.
