Thought Relay now speaks. • Say a thought instead of typing it and keep the original recording with the note. • Turn speech into searchable text on-device when supported. • Lock individual notes behind Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode. • Capture from Apple Watch, keep Quick Checklists in step, glance at recent notes, and start from a complication. The original note-taking tools remain free, and existing notes stay exactly where they were.

Watch content travels only between the paired Apple devices using WatchConnectivity. Locked note contents never go to Watch. Thought Relay is a general-purpose notes app. It is not a medical product and does not diagnose, treat, or manage ADHD or any other condition.
