FlowMD lets patients enrolled in a remote monitoring program share health data with their healthcare provider between visits. FlowMD does not connect to, pair with or control any hardware. It reads data your own devices and apps have already recorded: Apple Health, plus wearables and health apps you have set up yourself (Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Whoop and 50+ others, via Terra). You can also log readings by hand. Your provider sees activity, sleep, heart rate, weight and nutrition, along with readings such as blood pressure and glucose where you have entered them yourself or connected an app that already holds them. All data flows through a HIPAA-aligned backend directly to your treating provider. Never sold, never shared with third parties. FlowMD is a data viewing and sharing tool. It does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Always seek your doctor's advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions. Use of FlowMD requires an invite from a participating healthcare provider.
